Kaley Skoglund is a rare gift to the fitness industry. Kaley creatively constructs each workout to be innovative, challenging, and enjoyable. She creates a sense of camaraderie among those involved & gives you more than just a workout, but a solidly built community as well. I am mentally & physically stronger because of the work I’ve done with Kaley and I know that my mind and body will always be safe and cared for when she’s in charge & teaching. It is a wonderful feeling to have a fitness regiment that you look forward to following and an instructor that is as dedicated to her work as Kaley is.
I truly hate working out but I love this woman. Her amazing skills as an instructor have the ability to get you up at 7am in the middle of a pandemic and make working out not suck. If you want to feel better about yourself physically, mentally and emotionally I would highly recommend you start taking her classes!
Kaley's personality and positivity shine during virtual workouts. She is encouraging, honest, and enthusiastic. And, her workouts are tough...really tough (but in the best way possible). I look forward to 7 AM every week (Kaley also picks the best music) and it's Kaley's passion for what she does that keeps me going!
I never thought that working out virtually would be something I would stick with. However, there’s something magical about Kaley’s virtual classes that make you feel like she’s right there in person with you. She is motivating, inspiring, and for the full 30 minutes I am able to actually be present in the moment. I love having something to look forward to on my schedule each week and the fact that I’m usually dripping in sweat after and my booty is usually sore the next day is all a huge bonus. Kaley puts her heart and soul into these virtual workouts and it’s clear she really cares about those taking her class and always has their best interest in mind. Kaley has been a huge positive force during such an uncertain time. I’m officially a virtual workout gal!
2020 has been challenging in many ways I would like to forget but One of my top five favourite things are Kaley’s weekly classes. I look forward to them because they WORK!! My toned legs and butt are proof! She works you differently than what you were doing before... trust me!
Kaley pushes each of us challenging our bodies while strengthening our will and determination to be and stay strong. You forget you are on Livestream it’s so damn fun. Thank you, Kaley!
I am so grateful for Kaley’s workouts during these last few months of craziness and uncertainty. She kept me sweating and laughing, inspired and motivated. She evolved her workouts every week so I felt challenged and accomplished. I tried many workouts over quarantine and this is one of the few that I stuck with - love her!
